Crete is not just crowded holiday resorts. It still has its remote, wild places, even on the coast. One is the extreme north-east tip, a dry jagged peninsula of lonely, vulture-haunted crags, grey-green bushes and white limestone desert, far from the tourist crowds. Into this unlikely location developers are trying to insert several golf-courses, holiday villages and hotels, on land leased from a venerable but sadly declining monastery.

Our houses are located in a quiet and picturesque area, one of the most beautiful places in Crete, close to Palekastro. They are 1km away from the village.They are built in the heart of the olive grooves of the area from where they took the name of "Liostasi".
Liostasi is about 500 meters away from the sea and the bay of Kouremenos where you can go by foot enjoying the walk on foot paths through the olive trees.
Within a short distance from "Liostasi" are most of the sight-seeings of the region like the palm beach of Vai, Tolpou Monastery, the archaeological sights, the beautiful beaches and many others sights worth to be discovered.
