About our villas

Ammothines Villas offers new high quality accommodation with modern facilities, certified to ISO 9001, set in landscaped gardens, in the peaceful and beautiful location of Xerokambos on the far south eastern flank of Crete.

The accommodation offered comprises a detached 2-bedroom stone villa able to sleep up to 6 people, and two 1-bedroom stone maisonettes each accommodating up to 4 people.

All three units have stunning uninterrupted views of the sea and have a mountain backdrop. The villa and maisonettes can be booked separately or together for larger parties. Ammothines Villas also offers a 24sq metre shared swimming pool for guests.

Ammothines Villas sits in an elevated position just 300 metres away from a long sandy beach that offers safe swimming in beautiful turquoise/wine dark blue seas. At night, Ammothine Villas sits under a star studded sky.
